At Smoked BBQ Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your backyard setup. If your grill, smoker, or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the item is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
